BiuBiuVPN will strive to ensure that the service is available at all times using commercially reasonable efforts; however, it does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors.

You are responsible for acquiring and maintaining all necessary equipment and services required to access and use the service. Additionally, you must ensure that everyone who accesses the service through your account is informed of these terms and adheres to them.

Confidentiality and Privacy

BiuBiuVPN values your privacy and will not monitor, edit, or disclose your personal information or usage of the service unless required by law or in good faith belief that such actions are necessary to protect the rights or property of BiuBiuVPN or ensure the personal safety of its users.

Changes to Terms of Service

BiuBiuVPN reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the BiuBiuVPN website.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BiuBiuVPN makes no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted or free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

BiuBiuVPN shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination of Service

BiuBiuVPN retains the right to terminate the service at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BiuBiuVPN is headquartered.

Subscriptions

Certain features of the application require a subscription (“Subscription”), which is billed periodically (“Billing Period”) based on your selected plan—either monthly or annually.

When purchasing a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Account at the time of confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Charges for renewal occur within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play.

Free Trial

BiuBiuVPN may offer free trial subscriptions (“Free Trial”) at it's sole discretion for a limited time. BiuBiuVPN reserves the right to modify or cancel Free Trial terms at any time without notice.

Changes in Fees

BiuBiuVPN may adjust subscription fees at its discretion, with changes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Advance notice will be provided to allow you to cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.

Refunds

Purchases made through Apple or Google accounts are final, and we cannot issue refunds for these transactions.

For website purchases, a full refund is available within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
